Built in 2001, the MS Modigliani was completely renovated in 2011. Its 110 meters long and 11.4 meters wide house 78 cabins on two decks which can accommodate 154 passengers. The crew of the MS Modigliani includes 25 specialists in river navigation and high-end hotels.
The quality of the renovation of its spaces and that of the service offered on board have earned the MS Modigliani the award of four anchors (river navigation stars).
The MS Modigliani offers cruises from 2 to 19 days between the Rhine and the Danube. On the waters of its two great romantic rivers as on those of the canals that connect them, the ship glides slowly through Holland, Belgium, France, Germany, Austria and the Czech Republic.
Comfortably seated on the deckchairs on the sun deck and pampered by the crew, passengers can admire the marvels that unfold over the water. This bridge with a panoramic view also welcomes volunteers every morning for a supervised gymnastics session.
Located at the front of the upper deck, the lounge bar allows you to meet over a drink and share your emotions in a refined setting. Every evening, passengers are invited there to take part in the games, cocktail parties and balls organized for them.
On the main deck, next to the reception, the on-board shop offers souvenirs, postcards and a few practical items.
Located at the back of the upper deck, the MS Modigliani restaurant welcomes guests in a very chic room with large bay windows. In fact, the pleasure lies just as much in the dishes concocted by the chef as in the view thus offered. You can taste the best of French gastronomy, but also of the regions visited.
On the front of the same deck, the lounge bar offers a wide selection of wines, spirits and soft drinks. The elegance of the room and the quality of the entertainment offered in the evenings make it one of the favorite meeting points for passengers. In its center, the track welcomes couples for a moment or a whole evening of dancing.
The 78 cabins of MS Modigliani are spread over the main deck and the upper deck. The first offers 1 suite, 1 single cabin, 4 triple cabins and 44 double cabins. The second offers 26 double cabins and 2 cabins adapted for people with reduced mobility.
These cabins have reversible air conditioning and offer a television, an internal telephone, a safe, 220 V sockets, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with WC, a hair dryer, shower products and bathroom linen.
CroisiEurope spares no effort to preserve the environment: The company favors the use of synthetic fuel, more ecological than diesel, and equips its ships with water savers, a water treatment system worn as well as a non-polluting hull paint. On cruises, sorting waste makes recycling easier.
