Built in 2003, the MS Infante don Henrique was completely renovated in 2014. It is 75 meters long and 11.40 meters wide. Her crew includes 20 navigation and high-end hotel specialists. The 71 cabins on board can accommodate up to 138 passengers.
The quality of the interior fittings and its fine amenities have earned the MS Infante don Henrique the award of four anchors (river navigation stars).
The MS Infante don Henrique offers eight-day cruises on the Douro. From the mouth of the river on the Atlantic to Spain, navigation and excursions organized during stopovers reveal to passengers an exceptional historical and natural heritage.
On board, the sun deck welcomes athletes from the morning for a gym session. At the end, passengers can take advantage of the deckchairs, armchairs and the swimming pool on this deck to relax all day while admiring the landscapes crossed.
In the evening, the dance floor of the lounge bar awaits you to extend a very pleasant day of navigation in a festive way.
Located forward of the main deck, the restaurant combines French tradition and Portuguese gastronomy. Colorful and tasty dishes, always made with fresh products. The large windows of the room obviously allow you to enjoy the landscapes during meals.
Soft drinks or not, games, balls and the gala evening in the lounge bar, located at the front of the intermediate deck, offers great moments of conviviality. Events always organized masterfully by the crew.
The MS Infante don Henrique offers 66 cabins spread over three decks. The upper deck accommodates 38 cabins with large high-opening window, the middle deck 19 cabins (2 single) with high-opening window and the main deck 14 cabins (2 single) with window. The decoration combining fuchsia and plum creates a chic and relaxing atmosphere.
Each cabin has reversible air conditioning, a television, an internal telephone, a safe, 220 V sockets, free Wi-Fi, a bathroom with WC, a hair dryer, a selection of shower products and bathroom linen.
The French company CroisiEurope is now committed to a very comprehensive approach to sustainable development. Its ships are equipped with drinking water consumption limiters, efficient wastewater treatment systems and ecological hull paint. Where possible CroisiEurope favors the use of a synthetic fuel, Gas To Liquid. A fuel with reduced greenhouse gas emissions.
