If some bars immerse you in an African and luxurious or even glamorous atmosphere, others welcome you in a warm setting around various games or by the pool to enjoy the great outdoors. Other fairs offer well animated evenings around dance and live shows. Do you want to have an aperitif before you put yourself at the table? Elegant bars meet you near the main restaurants of the ship. If you want to celebrate a special event or simply taste quality wines, the MSC Orchestra has set up a wine bar for you. For a little sweet and gourmet break, also discover on board a ice bar.
The two main restaurants are dressed in warm colors and receive you in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere to savor the best of Mediterranean and international cuisine. To support and enhance each meal, benefit from the wise advice of a sommelier. The ship also has a buffet where you can have lunch while enjoying a wide selection of succulent dishes. The Italian and Chinese kitchens have also invited themselves to the two themed restaurants on board. The MSC Orchestra also offers a special menu for children. And so that parents can take advantage of a dinner in head, animators take care of the young members of the mini and junior clubs at mealtime in spaces dedicated to them in the buffet.
For well-filled outdoor days, the mini-golf course and the puck game tracks await you. Those who appreciate the more video games are not to be outdone with the room fitted out for this purpose. To vary the pleasures a little, it is always interesting to compete in a few games of bridge, belote or other card games in the dedicated room. The evenings aboard the MSC Orchestra promise to be just as extensive with unpublished shows in the theater and in certain salons of the ship. To end the evening in style, if some prefer to let off steam on the disco dance floor, others try their luck at the casino between poker games and slot machines.
From toddlers to adolescents, young passengers are privileged. The ship has dedicated spaces to them where they can enjoy games and fun activities adapted to their age such as plastic art or dance lessons. The company has been all the more associated with major brands like Chicco and Lego in order to offer children play areas and activities able to stimulate their awakening. In order for parents to benefit from time to their own, experienced animators offer their service to keep the children at certain times of the day and are even in charge of taking them lunch at the Kid’s Corner. Empty games and board games are also accessible for young passengers of the ship. For adolescents, concerts, nightclub evenings, sports tournaments and competitions are on the program.
The two MSC Orchestra swimming pools located on bridge 13 have become essential rallying points for cruise lines to enjoy the beautiful days. These are seawater pools. They are arranged in the middle of the solarium with long chairs where to lounge and tan quietly. And for those who would like to relax, hot tubs adjoin these basins. Each of these swimming pools also has its own bar where to order smoothies and cocktails. The largest of the ship's swimming pools is also surmounted by a giant screen for unprecedented outdoor cinema sessions. And so that toddlers can also discover the joys of swimming, a paddling pool is accessible on board the MSC Orchestra.
In order not to derogate from your little daily jogging even on the high seas, the ship has an outdoor jogging track. If you appreciate team sports such as basketball, football or volleyball, a multisport land is also accessible on board. MSC Cruises also associated itself with the world leader in technogym sports equipment to set up on board each ship, including MSC Orchestra, a latest -cry room. In addition to modern equipment, you will benefit from personalized follow -up provided by qualified coaches, but you can also attend pilates or aerobic lessons.
Relaxation and various care are offered in its immense beauty sanctuary of 1,160 m², the MSC Aurea Spa. Turkish saunas and baths are arranged. This spa also introduces you to thalassotherapy and aromatherapy. You can just as well choose from the twenty massages, including Thai and Balinese massages, offered to relax and invigorate. The MSC Aurea Spa also has a beauty salon where you will be pampered until the end of your nails and can adopt a new hairstyle. To perfect it all, this spa has its own bar offering a beautiful selection of vitamin, energizing drinks, but also cocktails with or without alcohol.
This 16-deck vessel can accommodate 3,013 passengers and 987 crew. It measures 1,293 ft long and 105 ft wide, and has 1,275 cabins.
At the Theatre Covent Garden, you can enjoy superb shows. You can also visit the art gallery, choose a good novel from the library and enjoy yourself at the casino, games room, miniature golf course or discotheque.
For exercise: a 787 ft long walking track, basketball and volleyball courts and tennis courts. You also have access to a gym equipped with state-of-the-art TECHNOGYM® equipment.
After your workout, enjoy one of the two outdoor pools and their comfortable terraces, or treat yourself to a treatment, massage or a brand-new haircut in the MSC Aurea wellness area.
The rear of Deck 14 is reserved for young cruisers. Toddlers (under 3) are welcomed in the Baby Club. Children aged 3 to 6 have fun in the Jungle Adventure Club, while their elders (7 - 11) meet in the Junior Club.
The Young Club is for teenagers aged 12 to 17. They also have access to a video game room.
Meals are served in one of the ship's two main restaurants, L'Ibiscus and La Villa Borghese. They offer new dishes every day and serve international cuisine.
You can also enjoy Chinese specialties at Restaurant Shanghai and delicious pizzas at La Piazzetta. The Four Seasons is a self-service buffet.
The MSC Orchestra also boasts 10 bars and lounges, where you can enjoy refreshing drinks or the finest spirits. La Cantinella is a refined wine bar and La Cubana a spirits and cigar bar. Fancy a party? Savannah Bar and Shaker Lounge offer a musical atmosphere and dance floor.
Choose from 5 cabin categories ranging in size from 151 sq. ft. to 204 sq. ft. You'll enjoy a pleasant, elegant and comfortably equipped room, with a relaxing armchair and a private bathroom.
For even greater comfort, you can also travel in a Suite. You'll be staying in a 323 sq. ft. cabin, with a balcony, living area, plenty of storage space and a bathtub.
Guests who choose the Aurea ambience enjoy exclusive benefits, such as access to a private solarium with whirlpool baths or priority boarding.
One of the pillars underpinning MSC Cruises' commitment to sustainable development is sourcing. For example, in 2019, 420 tons of cod used in the kitchens of MSC ships came from certified sustainable sources. In addition, 80% of the food and beverages served on board are locally sourced.
Other measures taken by this shipowner to protect the planet include a 28% reduction in carbon emissions between 2008 and 2019, the elimination of 97 million single-use plastic items, and the direct onboard production of 80% of the fresh water used by ships.
