The Star Clipper is a 4-mast schooner-type cruising sailboat, belonging to the Star Clippers company . Commissioned in 1992, she is the sister ship of the Star Flyer . These two sailboats are the oldest of the Star Clippers company, the Star Clipper being the second in service, one year after the Star Flyer.

The Star Clipper is a luxury sailboat, rising on 4 decks, 115 meters long, 15 meters wide and a draft of 5.6 meters. It has 4 masts, the highest of which is 63 meters. As for the 16 sails, they represent an area of 3365 m². This sailboat can carry 166 passengers and 74 crew members for a quality service. Its main destinations are the Mediterranean Sea but also the Caribbean islands.
During this voyage aboard the Star Clipper, you can relax in the two pools on the Sun Deck. Also on this deck you can participate in morning aerobics sessions.
Nautical activities are offered by the company Star Clippers such as diving, kayaking, windsurfing, water skiing, introduction to navigation...
In addition, Star Clippers has planned stops of choice allowing you to make exciting excursions to sites that are difficult to access for large ships.
The sailboat has a Sloop Shop on the Clipper Deck. Here you will find souvenirs, clothes and toiletries.
Also, during the cruise, conferences can be offered to you. And you can relax in the library on the main deck, which also has connected computers and board games.
This luxury sailboat has two bars/lounges and a restaurant.
During the cruise, you eat meals in the dining room on the Clipper deck. Breakfast and lunch are buffet style and in the evening you choose from the five menus offered. The international cuisine is refined and elaborated with fresh products bought during the stopovers.
The two lounges/bars are located on the main deck. The Tropical Bar is an open-air bar which is sometimes enlivened with musical entertainment. As for the Piano Bar, it is friendly and also offers musical entertainment in the evening.
You choose to stay in an inside cabin, an outside cabin with a view of the sea or a deluxe cabin. The surface of the interior cabins is 8 square meters and 11 square meters for the exterior cabins. If you need more space and more comfort, book a 14.5m² Deluxe Cabin or a 22m² Owner Cabin.
The cabins are all equipped with a bathroom with shower, except the Owner cabin which has a whirlpool bath. All have air conditioning, TV and DVD player, hairdryer and safe.
Star Clippers' ships are ecological and respectful of the environment because they are essentially propelled by the wind. The motors are started only when needed, for example to dock.
