Celebrity Flora is an exploration yacht. Medium-sized (331 feet long), she can accommodate 100 passengers in 50 cabins. With this unique vessel, the company aims to prove that it is possible to combine luxury cruising with respect for the environment.
A team of 11 naturalists is on board. These certified and experienced specialists supervise outings (hiking, diving...) and help you discover the flora and fauna of the Galapagos.
Before disembarking, you'll meet your naturalists in the Discovery Lounge for pre-trip briefings. Equipped with a bar, this comfortable lounge is also a convivial meeting place.
The Observatory is a documentation center dedicated to the archipelago. Thanks to its large picture windows, you can continue to admire the view, while consulting books on the history of this exceptional destination.
Jacuzzi, hammock, private cabanas, shady corners, cocktails: after a day spent exploring the islands, treat yourself to a moment of relaxation on The Vista terrace. At nightfall, head to Deck 8, where you'll find a stargazing platform.
You can dine in two restaurants: the Seaside is a spacious, elegant indoor dining room, and the Ocean Grill is an open-air restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere.
Menus in both establishments are created by a Michelin-starred chef. The dishes you enjoy (inspired by international gastronomy or Ecuadorian culinary traditions) are prepared with fresh, local, top-quality ingredients. All seafood is sourced from sustainable supply chains.
The ship also features a large lounge and outdoor bars.
All Celebrity Flora guests stay in a spacious Suite (323 sq ft minimum), luxuriously furnished with contemporary design and private veranda. Each Suite is fully automated: you control all equipment at the touch of a button.
You also benefit from top-of-the-range services: laundry, personal assistant, 24-hour room service, top-quality linens and towels, ecological and local bath products...
What's more, the company offers or provides the equipment needed for outings and excursions (binoculars, backpack, rain gear, sunglasses, sunscreen, etc.).
Penthouse Suites are the most spacious (1,292 sq ft) and feature an ocean-facing whirlpool bath.
Designed to sail the Galapagos, Celebrity Flora is one of the world's cleanest and most environmentally-friendly ships.
To preserve the seabed, a dynamic positioning system allows the ship to remain motionless without anchors. The Celebrity Flora is equipped with solar panels, and thanks to reverse osmosis techniques, 100% of the fresh water used on board is produced directly on the ship and comes from the ocean.
Last but not least, the ship is equipped with a high-tech laboratory and oceanographic equipment. Thanks to this unique vessel and its itineraries, scientists can gather valuable information. For example, data enabling them to study oceanic circulations or learn more about meteorological phenomena observed in the Pacific.
