1-The ship

 

Explora I is 814 feet long, with over 172,000 square feet of public space. With 14 decks, this exceptional yacht can accommodate 900 guests in 461 suites. Its crew is made up of 640 professionals: with a ratio of 1.25 passengers per crew member, the onboard staff ensures premium, tailor-made service.

 

2-Activities and adult entertainment

 

There's plenty of entertainment on board the Explora I, including cooking classes, personalized fitness programs, a shopping area, an art gallery and a casino... For those who prefer to relax, there are 4 pools with luxurious, comfortably appointed terraces.

 

The ship also boasts an indoor and outdoor wellness area of over 7,500 sq ft. A team of professionals welcomes you for relaxing or rejuvenating treatments. You also have access to a spa and beauty salon.

 

3-Restaurants, bars and lounges

 

In elegant, refined surroundings, 9 gourmet establishments welcome you for exceptional dinners. A brand-new restaurant concept features up-and-coming chefs from around the world. Chef's Kitchen is both a restaurant and a cooking school. On board, you can also enjoy Asian, American, Mediterranean and international specialties.

 

To relax over a drink or celebrate a special occasion, the ship also boasts a dozen bars and lounges. The Lobby Bar and Main Lounge are meeting places. The Whisky Bar & Cigar Room serves top-quality spirits and excellent cigars.

 

4-Accomodation

 

All suites on the Explora I are spacious and tastefully appointed: the average cabin size on this ship is 452 square feet. Your room is equipped with a comfortable bathroom, a sitting area, a dressing room and a private terrace.

 

Whatever type of accommodation you select, your luggage will be taken care of by onboard staff, and you'll be delighted to find a bottle of Champagne on arrival in your cabin. You'll also benefit from 24-hour concierge services. The Residences (750 to 3,014 sq ft) have their own private whirlpool bath, so you can enjoy peace and privacy.

 

5-Environment

 

Explora I is a new-generation vessel, equipped with modern, sophisticated technologies. For example, to limit its impact on the environment, the yacht is equipped with a selective catalytic reduction system. This process reduces nitrogen oxide emissions by 90%.

 

It is also equipped with intelligent heating and air-conditioning systems, carries several batteries and can be powered by the local electrical grid when not sailing. Its waste, wastewater and ballast water can be treated directly on board.
